Right of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Medicon eG, Gänsäcker 15, 78532 Tuttlingen, phone: +49 7462 2009-0, email: info@medicon.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you revoke this Agreement, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you (excluding delivery costs), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your revocation of this Agreement. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction; in no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back to us, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You only have to pay for any loss in the value of the goods if this loss in value is due to unnecessary handling on your part to check the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery. Furthermore, for goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or that are tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
